Are these even an issue on an AWS instance? Or is it dynamic? How about assigning IPs for dedicated IP sites? They do still exist. I have looked at the link you provided and the one thing I don't see in this may show my ignorance of AWS is where I can set the instance size. Would I save enough by switching to AWS to host a 300 site cpanel server to bury the difference? Even though I own Perpetual licenses for virtuoso. You’d need to use either CentOS/REDHAT or CloudLinux.

But now I want load balancing and clustering and an international CDN. This has worked for years! Quite nicely at that. I've been running plesk for the last 18 years using virtuozzo so that I could put more than one virtual server on a dedicated hardware server.
